Reject Everything, Even the Facts People Are So Adamant Upon

Question every boundary that tries to become the limit of your imagination.

I know this sounds illogical, like why should we reject even the facts that have been established by the supreme authority of our times, science? Well I say this because you, your mind and your whole existence are beyond everything you have been conditioned to believe about yourself. You are not merely the identities society has given you, not merely the thoughts that arise in your mind, not merely the circumstances you were born into. And therefore I say you should entertain the possibility that anything, and I literally mean anything, might be possible. Why should you let the limits of what is presently known become the limits of what you are willing to imagine?

Just look back at history. Alexander the Great, Dhirubhai Ambani, Steve Jobs, Nikola Tesla, Napoleon, Leonardo da Vinci and countless others who dared to dream beyond the boundaries of their times. What fascinates me about these individuals is not merely what they achieved but the audacity they had to believe that something extraordinary was possible through them. Alexander set out to conquer territories far beyond his homeland, Dhirubhai Ambani built an enormous business empire from modest beginnings, Tesla spent his life exploring ideas which many around him could barely comprehend, and Leonardo da Vinci imagined possibilities centuries ahead of his time. All of them were different, their dreams were different, their paths were different but one thing that connects them in my eyes is their refusal to let the existing world completely determine what they could attempt.

Now just contemplate upon this one thing. If everyone simply accepted whatever was deemed possible in their times, how would humanity ever progress? Every invention that surrounds you today was once something that didn't exist, every discovery was once unknown, every great empire, institution, painting, philosophy or invention began as an idea in someone's mind. Someone had to entertain the possibility first, someone had to believe in something which the world around them could not yet see. And this is precisely why I say reject everything, even the facts people are so adamant upon. Not because every established fact is false, but because no human understanding should become a permanent prison for your imagination. Question everything, investigate everything, including your own beliefs, and never confuse what has not yet been achieved with what can never be achieved.

Whatever one thinks, one can find ways of proving oneself right. You can be a pessimistic, average person who constantly believes that things are impossible, and every time you refuse to attempt something you will find another reason to reinforce that belief. Or you can have the audacity to think beyond everything that is deemed possible, experiment with your life, create something unique and new and satisfy your soul. Yes, you might fail, you might be wrong, you might discover that some things are much harder than you imagined, but even then you would have lived, you would have experienced, you would have learnt something that you would never have known had you simply accepted the boundaries placed before you.

And that's what I find so beautiful about our inner voice. There is something inside us that makes us restless, something that keeps asking us to explore, create, discover and become something more than what we presently are. We often suppress this voice because our intellect tells us that the odds are against us, that society will laugh at us, that we should be practical and follow a safer path. But why should the logic of someone else become the reality of your existence? Your intellect is a beautiful instrument, use it to bring your visions into reality, but don't let it kill your dreams before you have even attempted them.

I have always believed in Swatantrya, Total Freedom. Everyone is unique, everyone is an individual and everyone is free. So why should we all think alike, dream alike, live alike? Why should the experience of one individual become the limit of another? You have been given this beautiful existence, this opportunity to experience life, to create something through your own individuality, to discover what is possible through you. Don't waste it trying to satisfy everyone around you. Your deepest responsibility is to live in such a way that you don't betray your own soul, while respecting the same freedom in everyone else.

Burn with that desire to discover what lies beyond your present understanding. Give your whole existence to something you genuinely love. Be courageous enough to be wrong, free enough to change your mind and audacious enough to imagine what nobody around you can presently comprehend. Read about the greats, understand their mindset, learn from their lives but don't merely worship them. They were human beings like you and me. What made their lives extraordinary was what they dared to attempt with the life they had been given.

Never let the world convince you that the boundaries of its present understanding are the boundaries of your existence.

Be curious, be rebellious, be creative, follow your inner voice and explore everything that calls to your heart. You may not accomplish everything you imagine but you will discover possibilities that would have remained hidden had you never tried.

Because ultimately what is the point of this beautiful existence if you are not willing to explore what you are capable of?

Don't merely exist, live in totality. Become so immersed in what you love that the distinction between you and your work begins to disappear. Let your whole being participate in the act of creation.

Delusional optimism is the way. Swatantrya is the foundation. And the exploration of the infinite possibilities of existence is the journey. ✍🏻
